The small Greek Island of Crete where the sun is always shining. A lovely wedding location if you're looking for tranquill surroundings. Average temperatures for June, July and August are in excess of 25 degC so be aware of that. Some of the finest hotels are in the Elounda resort. Here are a few that are worth checking out: Elounda Beach Hotel, Porto Elounda Deluxe Resort and Elounda Bay Palace Hotel.

Mauritius is one of the most beautiful islands in the world. A very chilled out environment, perfect for a relaxing honeymoon. Boasting some of the whitest beaches in the world, where better to tie the knot?
